We highly recommend choosing appropriate size for each style according to your foot profile for a comfortable fit and to avoid great pressure on the shoes that damages the buckles/garter.

Working days include Mondays to Saturdays, excluding Sundays and Holidays.
Outside delivery zone locations, holidays, inclement weather or sale events can take additional days.

Track order

To get updates, tracking number will be provided after shipment. It takes 24-48 hrs for couriers to update the shipping information.

Unavailable to receive order

Customers can authorize someone to receive their package. Unclaimed packages after 3 attempts, the customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items. Furthermore, the customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to our warehouse and marked as unclaimed or undeliverable due to invalid/incomplete address.

Free shipping is valid for the first original shipment only.

JRS/LBC branch pick up

Message us for branch pick up requests. Packages must be claimed within 5 days upon arrival. Otherwise, the package will be redirected to our warehouse. Please be guided that free shipping is valid for the first original shipment only.

Returns and exchanges

We allow returns and exchanges for unused pairs in its original condition and packaging within 7 days.
