We accept return and exchange for unused pairs in its original condition and packaging within 7 days.

Exchanges are only valid for change of size.

We only accept change of color if the requested size is no longer in stock.

And change of style, if and only if, size and color for exchange are both unavailable.

*Change of style should be of the same price.

If lower price, no refunds will be made.

If higher price, the difference will be shouldered by the customer.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs and risk of loss to and from Aztrid.

You are responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address.

*Free shipping is valid only for the first original transaction.

*The exchange will be shipped out once we receive return item and proof of payment for shipping fee.

Aztrid is not responsible for damages caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

Merchandise sold as final sale with minor damage or scratch may not be returned or exchanged at any time.

Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. These situations do not qualify as defect/damaged items.

Refunds

At the moment, we do not offer refunds regardless of payment method or change of mind. Kindly send back your order to us within 7 days of invoice date for exchange or online store credit.

No refunds in case of delays in response or shipments due to promos or sale events.
